Interdisciplinary performance

A series of experiments for the track in Honours Lab "How land on earth anew?".

A Collaboration project with Patrick from BA Dance, Lena from MA  Music. We explored Polyphony, Assemblage, and Precarity with three artistic mediums to embody the concept behind those keywords. No one was the leader nor dominant in the jam sessions. During each performance sessions, I have created graphical scores.

We started as a multidisciplinary project but transferred into interdisciplinary project since the perspective or the meaning of what is music, visual, and movements kept on shifting. Some meanings were lost, but some new meanings were gained. Not only the movements of the Dancer are considered as movements but all three of us performing were considered as movements. Additionally the graphic score were not only visuals but three of us moving became the visuals as well.

We reflected on the decisions and the dynamic of relations that happened during the process.
